💼 About This Role

You'll manage UK immigration and sponsorship compliance and support commercial contracting across NDAs and subcontracts. You will act as a key legal partner for UK business operations from an India-based delivery center, ensuring compliance with UKVI regulations and contributing to AI-driven legal tool testing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage UK immigration and sponsorship compliance activities
• Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs and commercial contracts
• Provide guidance on UK immigration rules and sponsor obligations
• Support workforce compliance including IR35 assessments

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) with Bar Council enrollment
• 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in commercial/immigration law
• Strong working knowledge of UK immigration law including Skilled Worker rules
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating NDAs and commercial agreements

• Experience with legal-tech or AI legal tools
• Knowledge of UK government contracts or GDPR
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks like ISO 27001 or Cyber Essentials
