💼 About This Role

You'll build the new ShareGate Migrate web application using React and TypeScript, working across the full stack. Your core impact is turning user needs into simple, well-crafted experiences in a fast-moving squad. This is an almost greenfield project with strong autonomy and collective decision-making from the start.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ship full-stack features meeting quality, performance, and UX standards.
• Shape technical choices (libraries, API patterns, code structure, test strategy).
• Integrate Microsoft APIs reliably and securely.
• Raise team's technical bar through code reviews and mentoring.
• Master AI-assisted development tools like Claude and GitHub Copilot.

📋 Requirements

• 5 to 15 years of software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of React with TypeScript.
• Backend development with C# and .NET.
• Experience with Microsoft APIs (Microsoft Graph, Azure AD, MSAL).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Microsoft APIs as an asset.
• Clear, direct communicator who can constructively challenge product decisions.
