Description

You will provide expert legal advice and support, drafting and negotiating AdTech agreements while ensuring compliance on data-sharing activities across multiple channels.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in AdTech for F500 companies
• Experience working independently and cross-functionally
• Experience with complex projects
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Active bar license in state of residence

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate AdTech agreements
• Ensure compliance on data-sharing activities across multiple channels
• Resolve digital advertising data use concerns and advise on ad campaign data flow
• Maintain collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders
• Represent Axiom brand and develop client relationships
