You'll lead breakfix repair operations across server, storage, and network hardware, performing advanced CLI-based diagnostics to resolve failures.   • Lead hardware repair and troubleshooting for server, storage, and network platforms.
  • Perform diagnostics using CLI tools like Cisco IOS, NX-OS, and Linux shell.
  • Oversee component-level replacements and coordinate with OEM vendors for RMAs.
  • Manage ticket queues and ensure SLA adherence through prioritization and escalation.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent hands-on experience in data center operations.
  • 5+ years of experience in breakfix/repair support in enterprise environments.
  • Proficiency with CLI-based tools (Cisco CLI, Linux/Unix shell, iDRAC, iLO).
  • Experience troubleshooting server, storage, and network hardware.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Industry certifications such as CompTIA Server+, CCNA, or Dell EMC.
  • Experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Remedy.
  • Familiarity with scripting for automation (Bash, Python).
