You'll manage customer order fulfillment for a global HR platform at Deel. Your work ensures that IT equipment shipments are dispatched accurately and on time. This role offers hands-on startup operations experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure customer orders are shipped on time.
• Prepare products for dispatch, including picking and packing.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and stock-takes.
• Participate in projects to increase operational capacity.

📋 Requirements

• Prior experience in a fulfillment warehouse or distribution center.
• Motivated fast learner eager to contribute across all areas.
• Strong interest in learning how to build and scale a business.
