Description
You will lead the global tourism board portfolio strategy, owning commercial relationships, revenue growth, and marketing activation to drive measurable ROI for partners and increase member engagement across the Ensemble network. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a KPI-driven environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years experience in travel industry, destination marketing, or supplier/partner relations
- Direct experience working with tourism boards or destination marketing organizations strongly preferred
- Proven success negotiating commercial and marketing agreements with strong financial acumen
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM/reporting tools
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmap for tourism board portfolio, identify whitespace opportunities, and onboard new high-value destination partners
- Own revenue targets across marketing agreements, event sponsorships, and activation programs, negotiating favorable commercial frameworks
- Serve as primary relationship lead for tourism board executives, conduct quarterly and annual business reviews
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Events, Analytics, and Product teams to execute destination campaigns
- Run destination performance reporting and translate data into actionable growth strategies
