Description

You'll lead the technical design of skid-based and modular process systems for a multidisciplinary engineering firm. You'll drive designs from concept through release, solve complex challenges, and collaborate with fabrication, controls, and field service teams. This role offers the chance to **mentor junior designers** and **influence design standards** across the organization.

Requirements

• **10+ years** in process/mechanical design in industrial settings.
• Proficiency in **AutoCAD 2D/3D** and **SolidWorks**.
• Experience with **technical requirements documentation** and cost estimating.
• On-site presence in **Rochester or Rush, NY** with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Create P&IDs, equipment layouts, and piping drawings.
• Lead design reviews and support fabrication teams.
• Contribute to proposals and cost estimates.
• Mentor designers and engineers on best practices.
