You'll support Xero's Payments business in executing its global strategy, providing practical legal advice from the first sketch of new designs. Your expertise will directly guide product innovation and ensure teams understand their regulatory obligations. You'll act as a critical connector within legal and compliance functions, shaping the future of financial services.

• Support development of payments capabilities across AU, US, and UK.
• Act as regulatory advisor for AFSL, AML, and risk management.
• Provide legal guidance for high-priority strategic projects.
• Build relationships with external stakeholders and regulators.

• Law degree and legal practice foundation.
• Strong understanding of AFSL and AML obligations.
