💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the first point of contact for Splend's customers in Australia and the UK, managing queries and resolving issues. You'll support customer-facing teams in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accurate record keeping in CRM and building sustainable relationships. This zero-hours role offers flexibility between 6am and 10pm.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Handle customer interaction queries, issues, and complaints
  • Log and update communications in CRM after each interaction
  • Proactively contact customers for vehicle servicing scheduling
  • Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets

📋 Requirements

  • Minimum 1+ year experience in customer service
  • Superb communication skills both written and verbal
  • Be tech savvy with ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Strong customer service focus and commitment to excellence

  • Experience using Zoho CRM
  • Ability to work weekends and bank holidays
