• Ability to delegate and oversee direct reports
• Strong relationship-building with clients and vendors
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• 6+ years relevant experience with 3+ years managing staff

• Present Connections Design holistic approach to stakeholders
• Manage daily outputs and workflow for Communications Design
• Present client education on marketplace trends
