You'll drive sales and build relationships with long-term care providers to ensure appropriate patients are identified and maintained on therapy for Acadia's neuroscience treatments. Your core impact will be educating prescribers on clinical and reimbursement topics to improve access for underserved neurological populations. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Build relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and nursing facility staff.
• Deliver compliant clinical, disease state, and reimbursement education.
• Create and execute quarterly territory business plans using data.
• Mentor and train new sales specialists and share field insights.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; life sciences preferred.
• 1-2 years of pharmaceutical/healthcare sales experience.
• Advanced selling and negotiation skills for diverse HCP audiences.
• Must reside within territory or within 30 miles of its border.
