Description

You will lead OneStream XF implementations and optimizations across the full project lifecycle, from requirements to deployment. You'll collaborate with clients to design creative solutions while also supporting business development and internal knowledge sharing. This role is about delivering real value to Fortune 100 and growth-stage companies through transformative corporate performance management.

Requirements

• 2+ years full lifecycle OneStream XF implementation experience
• Proven ability to lead project delivery and build teams
• Strong understanding of CPM processes (close, consolidation, reporting, planning, budgeting, forecasting)
• Experience with OneStream business rules, .NET, VBA, or SQL
• Experience with data integration and conversions

Responsibilities

• Lead OneStream engagements across full project lifecycle (requirements, design, configuration, testing, deployment, support)
• Support business development including discovery, demonstrations, and proposal efforts
• Ensure adherence to delivery methodology and identify opportunities for improvement
• Educate stakeholders on OneStream XF capabilities and best practices
• Collaborate with other service lines (finance transformation, M&A, etc.) as an advisor
