You'll lead the growth of Fehr & Peers' climate adaptation and resilience practice in Southern California. You'll manage transportation projects and mentor staff while developing new business. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with National Practice Leader to grow climate practice sub-disciplines
• Manage projects overseeing staff, deliverables, budget, and schedule
• Develop high-quality client relationships and staff through mentoring
• Analyze complex multi-modal transportation planning problems

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years at intersection of transportation and climate or 10+ years in related fields
• Proven experience managing projects and teams in professional services
• Experience generating business and delivering transportation/climate work as a consultant
• Deep understanding of policy development, funding sources, and implementation challenges

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with transportation decarbonization and emissions analysis
• Familiarity with AI, AVs, AAM and disruptive technologies
