You'll design and implement the operational infrastructure for national screen rollout and maintenance. You'll own the operations budget, driving cost reduction in installations and service. This is a builder role with direct accountability for performance and quality across markets.

📋 Requirements

• 3–7 years of operations experience in multi-market environments.
• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English.
• Proven experience in vendor negotiation and cost optimization.
• Experience managing budgets and enforcing commercial discipline.

• Experience with 3PLs and warehousing networks.
• Track record of reducing operational unit costs.
