You will drive B2B sales of Calm's digital mental health platform to employer groups in the Northeast. Your role involves developing sales strategies, building relationships with HR and benefits decision-makers, and managing a full-sales pipeline to expand market presence.
Requirements
- 5+ years healthcare sales experience with digital health or related solutions to employer groups
- Strong understanding of employee benefits programs and self-funded plans
- Proven full-funnel sales skills and reliable forecasting
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Located in one of: CT, ME, MD, MA, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, or Washington DC
Responsibilities
- Create and execute sales strategy for employer benefits market in your territory
- Build trust with HR leaders, benefits managers, and executives
- Use consultative selling to tailor Calm solutions to client needs
- Conduct market analysis and build pipeline of opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and represent Calm at industry events
