🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a panel of families as primary care provider
• Provide care in home, telehealth, and virtual modalities
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Participate in daily huddles and weekly case conferences

📋 Requirements

• Active NP or PA license in Arizona
• 2+ years clinical experience with pediatric and adult patients
• Proficiency in clinical nursing skills like venipuncture
• Ability to work full-time and participate in on-call schedule
