💼 About This Role

You'll shape how we manage and automate essential financial reference data. You'll partner with Finance & Data leadership to execute a long-term transformational vision while managing current processes. This role offers a chance to build a modern RDM/MDM capability from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive execution of reference data definition and structuring for project codes.
• Document current state and design future-state data models.
• Collaborate with finance to ensure reference data supports actionable insights.
• Partner with data engineers to ensure smooth data flow between systems.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in data analyst, finance analyst, or business operations role.
• SQL proficiency and experience with Snowflake.
• Background in FP&A or strategic financial management.
• Understanding of reference/master data concepts and financial data structures.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with MDM or data catalog methodologies.
• Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau.
• Exposure to Agile or iterative project delivery.
