Description

You will lead end-to-end data conversion strategy and execution for a large-scale federal S/4HANA transformation. This role involves planning, data quality, validation, and cutover activities to ensure accurate and auditable migration of legacy data, directly supporting testing and go-live readiness.

Requirements

• Active Secret level security clearance required
• 10+ years of SAP experience with leadership responsibility for data conversion initiatives
• Proven experience leading at least one full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA data conversion
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit and ETL/integration tools
• Expertise in data mapping, transformation logic, and business rule definition

Responsibilities

• Lead S/4HANA data conversion strategy and execution from mock conversions through final production cutover
• Define and manage integrated data conversion plan aligned with testing cycles, deployment waves, and cutover milestones
• Partner with functional leads to ensure business ownership of data objects and rules
• Oversee data conversion tooling including Migration Cockpit, ETL tools, and custom frameworks
• Plan and execute data cutover activities including mock cutovers and go-live readiness
