You'll lead analytics for B2B accounts at a top integrated marketing agency, turning data into actionable insights. Your core impact is building reliable reporting and measurement foundations while shaping proprietary frameworks like Outcome-Based Marketing models.

- Build and maintain client-facing performance dashboards
- Connect and validate data sources across paid, organic, earned, and CRM channels
- Provide synthesized insights and actionable recommendations to account teams
- Contribute to measurement planning and KPI framework development
๐ Requirements
- 5โ7 years in marketing analytics or performance measurement
- Agency experience with client service context
- Strong proficiency in Looker Studio or Tableau
- Working SQL to pull and investigate data

- Experience with data warehouse environments like Snowflake or BigQuery
- B2B performance marketing background
- Experience with data aggregation tools
