You'll join a team of engineers shipping high-quality software at Cribl, a fast-growing company building the next generation of observability data platforms. You'll improve service delivery and reliability across the entire lifecycle of our cloud products. This role offers the chance to fundamentally change how customers manage telemetry data at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement observability systems for complex cloud platforms
• Monitor production systems for availability, latency, and health
• Drive operational excellence by troubleshooting errors and instability
• Automate to reduce toil and improve reliability

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in site reliability or similar role
• Proven experience with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Cribl
• Experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform or Ansible
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and container orchestration

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with distributed team and high autonomy
• Knowledge of cloud security best practices
• Familiarity with incident response tools like PagerDuty
