💼 About This Role

You'll deliver group therapy using Charlie Health's evidence-based curriculum for clients with complex behavioral health needs. You'll foster client engagement and camera-on culture in fully remote sessions. This role focuses on psychoeducational and skill-building facilitation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver 28 hours of group facilitation weekly using evidence-based curriculum
• Review assigned curriculum and facilitate across various age groups and cohorts
• Foster client engagement and group cohesion with camera-on culture
• Complete client documentation within 24-hour timeframe

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in mental health or related field (MSW, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, etc.)
• Current residence and legal eligibility to work in Oregon
• Demonstrated proficiency in multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI) and intensive treatment settings
• Ability to work with diverse population and age ranges 8-64

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with telehealth facilitation
• Registered as CSWA, Professional Counselor Associate, or MFT Associate
• Familiarity with Charlie Health's population
