Description

As a Talent Development Intern, you will support leadership development, learning initiatives, and inclusion programs at ALO. You'll gain hands-on experience in HR and organizational development while helping to elevate the employee journey.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of I/O Psychology, HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related program
• Interest in pursuing a career in Talent Development, Organizational Development, HR, or Inclusion
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace

Responsibilities

• Support administrative coordination for leadership development programs and learning initiatives
• Assist with planning and execution of training sessions, workshops, inclusion programming and team events
• Contribute to strengthening Employee Resource Groups
• Enhance and update Talent Development materials and program content
• Support new hire orientation preparation and facilitation logistics
