🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead migration and security transformation projects.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, SOC, and infrastructure.
• Define migration strategies, implementation plans, and rollback.
• Validate security architectures and operational controls.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in Cybersecurity, Network Security, or Enterprise Infrastructure.
• 4+ years leading security transformation or migration projects.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams and vendors.
• Advanced English (B2+/C1) for technical and executive meetings.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with hybrid cloud security and IAM.
• Knowledge of WAF solutions and vulnerability patch management.
• Experience in mission-critical 24x7 enterprise environments.
