You'll own the full growth engine integrating paid media, creative, CRO, and influencer strategy into a high-performance system. This role drives efficient customer acquisition and compounds long-term customer value through disciplined experimentation. You'll allocate acquisition budgets with precision and partner with brand, data, and e-commerce teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and scale paid media, creative process, CRO, and influencer strategy
• Optimize conversion rate, AOV, profit per visitor, and LTV:CAC
• Lead creative strategy and experimentation across ads, funnels, and offers
• Manage and allocate acquisition budgets prioritizing highest-ROI opportunities

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience driving customer acquisition or paid media at scale
• Hands-on experience with paid media, CRO, and influencer marketing
• Proven ability to develop and iterate on creative, offers, and funnels
• Experience managing meaningful media budgets

• Experience in health/wellness or sports nutrition industry
• Background in high-growth DTC or e-commerce companies
