You'll lead end-to-end global payroll execution across North America, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC while administering international benefits. Your core impact will be ensuring accuracy and compliance in Canada and US payroll cycles as a hands-on practitioner. This role stands out for its blend of global scope and direct execution responsibility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute end-to-end payroll cycles for Canada and US
• Administer North American and international benefits programs
• Ensure compliance with global payroll legislation and tax filings
• Manage payroll inputs, adjustments, reconciliations, and audits

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of payroll experience including 3+ years in a Lead or Manager role
• Hands-on experience processing Canada and US payroll (not just oversight)
• Payroll certification required (PCP, CPM, CPP, or equivalent)
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)
