💼 About This Role

You'll design and build automations and AI solutions across the recruiting stack, eliminating manual work for the Talent Acquisition team. You'll own the development of integrations, applications, and reports, making the recruitment process faster and smarter. This role offers autonomy to choose the right tools and a chance to drive transformational change.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build AI-powered automations and integrations for recruiting stack
• Map candidate journey touchpoints to identify and eliminate manual effort
• Connect ATS with communication tools, HRIS, sourcing platforms, and LLMs
• Write SQL queries to pull and validate data for operational reports

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an Engineer or related field
• 1+ year building applications using AI and implementing automations professionally
• Proficient in no-code/low-code platforms like Zapier or Make at scale
• Skilled in SQL to query operational data and build reports independently

✨ Nice to Have

• Understanding of key differences between main LLM models
• Experience in Talent Acquisition domain (HR Tech, recruiting software, TA/Business Operations)
• Knowledge of recruiting process, data model, and candidate experience
