Description

You will lead a team of construction engineers to design, build, and activate infrastructure for orbital launch capability at SpaceX. You will coordinate projects, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management
• 3+ years professional experience in construction project management or facility design
• 5+ years leadership experience preferred
• Experience with Revit, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, BIM 360, Navisworks
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of construction engineers
• Coordinate with operations teams to define project requirements
• Prepare and manage capital expenditure processes
• Manage external contractors and supplier selection
• Guide team through permitting and inspection processes
