Description
Act as the primary technical authority for new products in the Mid-Market segment, bridging feedback between Product Management and Sales Engineering. You will enable Account Executives with value-based discovery, create technical enablement content, and track the success of product launches.
Requirements
- BS in Engineering or equivalent experience in IoT/SAAS
- 2+ years customer-facing technical role (SE, Solutions Architect, etc.)
- Familiarity with sales methodologies like Command of the Message, MEDDPICC
- Strong technical curiosity and aptitude
Responsibilities
- Drive GTM strategy for emerging tech in Mid-Market segment
- Bridge Product Field Engineering as feedback loop
- Master 'Command of the Message' to lead value-based discovery
- Scale technical knowledge via enablement content and demos
- Operationalize adoption by tracking POC success rates
