🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead SOX and internal audit scoping and risk assessments.
• Oversee control design, testing, documentation, and remediation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide training and education.
• Prepare status reports and presentations for Audit Committee.

📋 Requirements

• 15-20 years of internal audit experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA or equivalent.
• Deep understanding of COSO and GAAP frameworks.
