You'll drive omnichannel sales for a top pharma MarTech provider, leading consultative conversations with pharma stakeholders. You'll manage enterprise accounts and contribute to digital transformation initiatives in the pharmaceutical industry.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead consultative sales on omnichannel engagement and digital content operations.
- Drive full sales cycle for enterprise pharma clients from qualification to contract.
- Build relationships with commercial, marketing, and IT stakeholders in pharma.
- Collaborate with SDRs, Marketing, and Delivery teams for coordinated outreach.
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years in pharma omnichannel or digital engagement roles.
- Experience in consultative B2B sales or account management.
- Strong understanding of pharma commercial operations and omnichannel models.
- Native/Fluent Polish language (C1+) and excellent English.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with Veeva, Salesforce, or Adobe platforms.
- Existing pharma network in Poland/CEE region.
- Experience with AI-enabled commercial or marketing workflows.
