Requirements

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; equivalent experience in sales or staffing considered
• Minimum 1+ year success in a sales, staffing, or metrics-driven role
• Strong motivation to achieve results and meet recruiting goals
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
• Client-centered mentality and passion for customer service
