🎯 What You'll Do
- Develop and execute regional and global sales strategies across USA, EMEA, and APAC.
- Manage and grow key strategic accounts to achieve revenue targets and design win objectives.
- Build strong relationships with senior-level customer stakeholders and industry partners.
- Forecast sales pipelines and identify new business opportunities and market trends.
📋 Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management in semiconductor or silicon IP.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving account growth.
- Strong technical understanding of semiconductor technologies such as interface subsystems, memory IP, or security IP.
- Experience using CRM systems like Salesforce and data-driven forecasting tools.
