Description

You will lead the development and deployment of AI, ML, data management, decision systems, and mission planning software for the US National Security Ecosystem, driving innovation and collaboration in a fast-paced, growing organization.

Requirements

• US Citizenship and ability to obtain a Security Clearance
• Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in CS, Software Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in software development focusing on AI/ML, cloud computing, and/or decision systems
• Proven leadership managing high-performing technical teams
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices

Responsibilities

• Set technical vision and direction for programs
• Lead multidisciplinary teams in algorithms, software, cloud, and data management
• Manage program execution, ensuring schedule and budget adherence
• Cultivate relationships with external partners and stakeholders
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
