• Market, sell, and rent homes to meet company business plans
• Self-generate and manage leads to build a healthy sales pipeline
• Show homes highlighting the right fit for each prospect
• Log all communications in CRM and ensure consistent follow-through

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year of sales experience in real estate, new home sales, or B2B/B2C environments
• Proven sales or customer service track record with ability to close and build trust
• Strong communication skills and a self-motivated mindset
• Experience with Microsoft Office (especially Outlook) and CRM systems
