Description

You will lead workshops to help teams improve collaboration and discover high-impact use cases with Miro, assess workflows, partner with IT and business stakeholders, and guide change initiatives to drive tool adoption. Your work will directly help organizations adopt Miro and transform their collaboration practices.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Portuguese, Spanish a plus
• 3-5 years experience in consulting, change management, or Agile
• Hands-on experience with enterprise teams
• Strong facilitation skills for outcome-driven workshops
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to improve collaboration and explore use cases
• Assess team workflows and provide recommendations
• Partner with IT and business stakeholders on value alignment
• Guide teams through change initiatives and governance models
• Develop prototypes to demonstrate Miro's capabilities
