You'll lead engineering delivery for customer implementations and integrations, acting as a bridge between engineering, customer success, and leadership. Your core impact will be improving team dynamics and building a high-performance culture in a fast-scaling Series A startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own engineering delivery outcomes for customer implementations
• Partner with Brazil-based engineering team in Caxias do Sul
• Resolve cross-team friction on timelines, scope, and expectations
• Coach and support existing team leads

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering
• 3+ years in engineering leadership roles
• Strong background in Python environments
• Experience leading teams on integrations or APIs

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS Lambda or serverless architectures
• Familiarity with web scraping or automation workflows
• Exposure to AI initiatives in engineering
