💼 About This Role

You'll implement individualized ABA treatment plans for clients in a home setting, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Your work directly improves clients' quality of life in a supportive, low-burnout environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in a home setting
• Collaborate with BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists

📋 Requirements

• Registered Behavior Technician Certification or Behavior Technician strongly preferred
• 6 months experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
