💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a legal business partner to Wiz's revenue teams in EMEA, drafting and negotiating a wide range of agreements while providing outstanding legal service in a fast-paced environment. Your work will directly support contract velocity and business growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements including SaaS contracts and DPAs.
• Advise internal teams on contract interpretation and negotiation.
• Manage heavy workflow and set priorities with internal clients.
• Support continuous improvement of agreement templates and legal processes.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of in-house legal experience in a software/technology company.
• Fluency in German, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of data privacy and experience negotiating Data Processing Agreements.
• Admitted to the bar in Israel, UK, or at least one European country.

• Experience with Salesforce, Slack, DocuSign, and CLM systems.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
