You'll own and evolve the end-to-end collection strategy for consumer lending products, leveraging data, segmentation, and AI-driven decisioning. You'll optimize KPIs and manage stakeholder relationships across Finance, Product, and Legal teams.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years experience in consumer credit collections
• Experience in Fintech, Banking, or Finance
• Strong data and analytical mindset
• Knowledge of SEPA framework
