You will partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, own full-cycle recruiting across tech, consulting, corporate, and delivery roles, and champion the company brand. You'll leverage AI tools to streamline recruitment and contribute to projects improving hiring efficiency and diversity.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in fast-growing or tech environments
• Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job boards, and networks
• Excellent communication to engage candidates and influence hiring teams
• Strong sense of urgency and ownership over open roles
• Knowledge of talent markets in India and Southeast Asia a plus

Responsibilities
