🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead daily environmental test operations including thermal vacuum and vibration
• Plan, prioritize, and schedule work to meet program milestones
• Author and maintain environmental test procedures and SOPs
• Troubleshoot test anomalies and implement corrective actions

📋 Requirements

• 2–3+ years of environmental testing experience
• 1–2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience

• 3–5+ years of environmental testing in aerospace or defense
• Familiarity with test data systems and quality management tools
