Description

You will lead technical execution and quality standards for on-time delivery, partner closely with Product Management to align the technical roadmap with business priorities, and be responsible for attracting, coaching, and retaining engineering talent.

Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of professional engineering experience
• 3+ years of management experience
• Experience with Web and Native (iOS) applications
• Proven success driving complex cross-functional engineering projects from concept to production

Responsibilities

• Drive technical execution of the roadmap with on-time and high-quality delivery
• Collaborate with Product Management to balance feature development, tech debt, and operational stability
• Act as primary technical point of contact for client and internal stakeholders
• Define engineering quality standards and best practices
• Attract, nurture, coach, and retain engineering talent; develop career plans and provide feedback
