You'll lead a team designing and developing technical learning assets for a fast-growing cloud security company. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team creating technical learning materials
• Oversee design of eLearning, labs, CTFs, videos, quizzes
• Partner with Engineering on lab infrastructure cost optimization
• Implement Agile development methodologies for content operations

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in instructional design or technical content creation
• At least 3 years in a people management role
• Strong technical background in public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience in technical enablement within SaaS or cybersecurity

• Experience managing external vendors and content budgets
• Expertise in adult learning principles and hands-on labs
• Experience overseeing global content localization
