You will lead the strategy and UX for tools that empower sales professionals to find, research, and close deals more effectively. By applying a B2C mindset to B2B software, you'll design intuitive features that turn complex data into actionable insights, making digital intelligence a superpower for every seller.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Management experience in B2B web products
• Strong portfolio of products where usability and adoption were key success metrics
• BSc in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, System Engineering, or equivalent technical experience
• Data-driven approach to solving user problems
• Hands-on mindset and ability to simplify complexity for end users

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research with Sales Reps, AEs, and SDRs to understand pain points
• Design and define features with a consumer-grade, fast and intuitive experience
• Build and adjust product vision for sales empowerment tools
• Partner with data engineers and data scientists to simplify complex signals into buying cues
• Roll out features via beta programs and monitor KPIs like Daily Active Usage and Time-to-Value
