You'll join Spotify's Artist-First AI Music Lab to bridge cutting-edge AI research with outstanding product experiences. Your work will ground every feature in data-driven insight and strengthen the connection between 700 million listeners and creators.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own analytical projects end-to-end from hypothesis to recommendations
• Develop and own success metrics for generative music features
• Design and analyze A/B tests and causal studies
• Build scalable dashboards to monitor feature health and ecosystem impact

📋 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field
• 4+ years of Data Scientist experience influencing product decisions
• Proficiency in SQL and Python
• Experience with A/B testing, causal inference, and advanced statistical methods

• Experience using AI-powered tools like Cursor or Copilot
• Understanding of machine learning systems and model evaluation
• Thrives in ambiguous, zero-to-one environments
