💼 About This Role

You'll provide an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans at Hot Topic, the loudest store in the mall. Your core impact will be sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking product, and helping merchandise the store. You'll use the Force to process sales and drive add-on sales.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide customer service and product knowledge on the sales floor
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales at the register
• Assist with planogram changes and visual merchandising
• Maintain stockroom organization and store tidiness

📋 Requirements

• Previous retail experience
• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to merchandise product and pack/unpack boxes up to 50 lbs
