💼 About This Role

You'll join the core product team in Belgrade to build and scale Rho's all-in-one finance platform. You'll work with Python, Go, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL in a hybrid environment. This role offers the chance to impact a high-growth fintech startup with a modern tech stack.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and scale backend services in Python and Go
• Design and optimize GraphQL APIs and PostgreSQL schemas
• Deploy and manage services with Docker and Kubernetes on GCP
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a regulated environment

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience building web apps or services
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or similar languages and SQL
• Experience with distributed systems and trade-offs for load/latency
• Experience in a startup or enterprise in a technical market (AI, security, finance, etc.)

✨ Nice to Have

• Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with GCP or AWS
• Knowledge of accounting or financial software
• Experience mentoring junior engineers
