- Guide daily customer interactions to successful resolutions
- Own operational customer satisfaction, productivity, and CSR growth
- Continuously improve processes and policies for customer experience
- Collaborate with Center of Excellence team on training and CRM efficiency
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years of progressive customer support leadership experience
- Proven effectiveness at leading Support teams for hardware, software, and cloud products
- Data-driven mindset with experience using Salesforce Service Cloud or equivalent

- Prior B2B field service maintenance and repair experience
- Experience with UAS, robotics, or IoT products
