You'll prepare reconciliations, accruals, and supporting schedules for accurate financial reporting across global entities. You'll partner with the U.S.-based team to execute close activities and maintain SOX-compliant controls. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, audit, or a related role in a global accounting environment
• Experience preparing balance sheet reconciliations or supporting month-end close processes
• Ability to follow documented processes and maintain well-organized workpapers in a structured close environment
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and data validation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work
• Reliable and comfortable managing recurring deadlines during the close cycle

Responsibilities

• Prepare balance sheet reconciliation workpapers for key accounts such as cash, prepaids, and other operating accounts
• Prepare close support schedules and workpapers used in monthly and quarterly close processes, including accrual support files and variance reporting inputs
• Extract, compile, and validate data from NetSuite and other systems used to support reconciliations, reporting, and close deliverables
• Maintain organized workpapers and documentation that support SOX-compliant controls and audit readiness
• Collaborate with other members of the Accounting team to gather required inputs, track open items, and ensure timely completion of close deliverables
• Proactively communicate task status, escalate issues when needed, and ensure work is prepared accurately and ready for hand off to or review by teammates based in the U.S.
