🎯 What You'll Do

• Set and drive strategy for post-purchase operations
• Translate operational data into priorities and roadmaps
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from problem definition to execution
• Design scalable processes and operating models
• Provide data-driven recommendations to senior leaders

📋 Requirements

• 8-10 years experience in strategy and operations roles
• Proven experience driving scalable operations in ambiguous environments
• Strong analytical judgment to synthesize quantitative and qualitative insights
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives
• Fluent in French and English
